Gathering evidence on brand infringement or the sale of counterfeit goods can be achieved through an investigation by SPI. We can conduct a bespoke investigation to provide services covering mystery shopping, test purchases, and surveillance.

Each investigation we undertake will be completed using only our own trained personnel and using only the latest surveillance equipment. You will receive a full written report and photographic & DVD evidence.
Mystery Shopping
Experienced in covert surveillance, our operatives can offer high quality mystery shopping services through the use of high tech equipment. Our teams regularly conduct mystery shopping on behalf of clients to establish the performance of customer facing employees and to capture key material for training and disciplinary action.

Test Purchases
We can conduct test purchases on behalf of clients to establish evidence in cases of brand infringement or the sale of counterfeit goods.Example investigations have involved test purchasing of goods at trade shows, markets & retail outlets to obtain counterfeit evidence.
